Veterinarians

Family veterinarians are our greatest partners in providing care to beloved pets. We’re proud to be entrusted with your patients and their specialty and emergency needs.

Emergency Referral

If you have a patient to refer to our emergency department, please call and speak with our team. Calling ahead allows us to collaborate on the case, and ensures that appropriate client and patient information is confirmed prior to their arrival. Please remember that patients referred to our emergency department in the same day receive a discounted office visit fee. If you would like to submit records, email them to emergency@carecentervets.com.

    Outpatient Ultrasound Referral

Care Center Dayton offers outpatient abdominal ultrasound services for stable patients with a referral from their primary veterinarian. These ultrasounds are performed by our board-certified radiologist, Dr. Lauren Timperman, and include both the imaging procedure and a detailed written report, which is sent directly to the referring veterinarian for follow-up care.

To begin the scheduling process, a completed referral form must be submitted. Please note that only stable patients are eligible for outpatient ultrasound. If a patient requires urgent care or additional diagnostics, they should be evaluated through our Emergency Department instead.

To refer a patient for an outpatient ultrasound, please click here to complete and submit the referral form. Once your referral form is submitted, our referral team will take it from there!

Qualifying candidates receive an incentive of $4,000 towards surgery and fully funded oncologic care. For pet owners interested in this study, please click here for more information. Referring veterinarians may access the flyer information HERE.
