Emergency Referral

If you have a patient to refer to our emergency department, please call and speak with our team. Calling ahead allows us to collaborate on the case, and ensures that appropriate client and patient information is confirmed prior to their arrival. Please remember that patients referred to our emergency department in the same day receive a discounted office visit fee. If you would like to submit records, email them to emergency@carecentervets.com.

Speciality Appointment Information

Please use this referral option for stable patients in need of a consult with one of our board-certified specialists. Once your referral is submitted, our Referral Coordinators will work with you and/or the client to get an appointment scheduled.

We love learning and sharing experiences with our referring community. Care Center hosts multiple continuing education programs a year. We present on new topics providing a variety of information and support. We’re always eager to hear your topic suggestions! From veterinary medicine to management, we want to make sure you get the most from our presentations.

sNACK & sTUDies

Formerly known as Lunch and Learns – our Snack and Study menus are now available! All Snack and Study sessions are approved for 1 to 1.5 hours of state-approved CE credit.
