Dr. Ashley Van Scoy received her DVM from The Ohio State University in 2013. She then went on to work in private practice as an Associate Veterinarian in Ohio, then Pennsylvania, before returning to Ohio to continue her veterinary career. With over 10 years of veterinary experience, Dr. Van Scoy decided to make the shift to emergency medicine. Dr. Van Scoy enjoys the pace of emergency medicine and the variety of cases that she is able to see and learn from. In her spare time, Dr. Van Scoy enjoys gardening, photography, and spending time with her cat Ava.
