(for all things pets)
It is scary not to have or know all your options. I am so glad that my family veterinarian, with Dr. Doyle and the Care Center, are here to educate pet owners like myself about the availability of specialty care and 24 hour emergency care. Together, they saved Phoenix’s life and gave her back her quality of life. I was informed of all my options, given the information and details about the different procedures, and was able to ask questions as needed so I could make the right decisions for Phoenix. Dr. Doyle was patient, and educated us about the stenting procedure and recovery care. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though they were busy, they went out of their way to accommodate us, took us back in the ICU to visit with Phoenix. They even sent us photos at night to let us know how she was doing.
We would like to thank Dr. Schrader and his excellent staff for the wonderful care given to Zoey at your facility. The photo of her at the hospital that you sent to us was a very special touch and we loved it.

Dear. Dr. Ruparel,
We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The Saturday before Labor Day, Dr. Bo Williamson from Peach Grove Animal Hospital sent us to you. Daisy, our 12 year old Beagle, was sick with kidney failure, and her condition had declined rapidly that week. You immediately suspected leptospirosis, and it was.
Weeks have passed. Daisy received excellent treatment from you and your staff, and from Dr. Schroeder after she left the Care Center. Her latest renal profile was this week. Her BUN is now 26 and creatinine is 1.6. We now give her subcutaneous fluid only once a week.
Daisy is as happy and active as ever and we are very grateful. Our other Beagle tested positive too. He had no symptoms and his renal profile was still in the normal range so he was treated with antibiotics. He seems fine. Of course, both dogs will continue to be tested.
Once again, thank you. We were very lucky for the sequence of events that led us to you. Daisy would not have survived without you.

Dear Sharmila Ruparel, Beth McElravy and Staff,
Just a note to say thanks again for all you did for our Poodle Sissy. You’ve turned a very sick little doggie into a hungry, demanding, four feeding a day tyrant. One thing for certain, it’s going to be easy to put some meat back on her bones.
All kidding aside, you guys really did good. The service, the individual care, and especially the follow through to us at home waiting for an update. On a scale of one to ten, you get a 20. Again, please except our deep appreciation and gratitude. Here’s wishing all of you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Dear Dr. Doyle, Jen, & Care Center Staff,
I want to thank you for the special care you took with my beautiful dog, Maggie, last week. I've never had to do anything so difficult in my life, and you made it bearable for me, my sister, and my mom.
Maggie was such a huge part of my life…she pretty much ran my life actually..but that's okay. She had so much personality and was never still for long! It was so difficult to see her fall so ill that quickly. Her sister Lily and I will have to get used to a new "normal" now without her.
Again, thank you so much for everything. I am forever grateful for your compassion.
Hi my name is Amber. My owner's adopted me when I was 2 months old and found out I was a very, very sick puppy. They only had me for 2 days and took me to our vet because I was weak and had diarrhea. I was diagnosed with Parvo and our vet recommended Care Clinic. My owner took me right away. I had to spend 5 days there and had a slow recovery. My mommy wasn't sure I would make it since I was only a little over 3 pounds but I am one tough little girl. I feel so much better now and love to take walks and play with my owners! Our entire family would like to thank the Care Center for taking such wonderful care of me.

Hey there! My name is Ella. I am a four-year-old Great Pyrenees. Last month I decided to go explore our neighborhood on my own. Big mistake! I don't know how they didn't see me, but I was hit by a car. I had no broken bones but I was bruised inside and out. In fact, I was bleeding internally. I needed a blood transfusion right away. Lucky for me I was at the right place. CARE CENTER HAS A BLOOD BANK JUST LIKE A HUMAN HOSPITAL! I spent the next week at Care Center and am now fully recovered.

Thank You for everything you did for her while she was at your facility. Thanks to you and your staff we enjoyed a great Christmas and New Year's with her and look forward to many more.
Freddie is home and safe!
Thanks for sharing in our joy. Big huge thanks again to the entire staff for being so wonderful, compassionate, and accommodating about the whole thing.
Boone Gillespie - One year later
Good morning -
Boone - our 4 year old Aussie - was at your facility late April of 2011. He was bitten by a spider (or something) and very sick. He spent 5 days at your facility and made a full (but slow) recovery. I'm sure, with the many pets you see, you won't remember him...but you all were great and very patient with us - Boone ended up a bit cantankerous at the end.
We wanted to share before and after pictures. He is very happy in his new home and doing well - we had just adopted him a week before he had to "visit" your clinic.
Thank you for your kindness and expertise.
We would like to thank all of your staff for saving Brandi's life. You all where wonderfull and caring in our time of need.

PJ - the black and white dog - ate a poisonous plant
I just wanted to say thank you for all the work that you are doing and for taking care of PJ in his time of need. PJ also said thank you and Apache is very grateful to be with his brother again. We all really appreciate it. I don't know what I would do without PJ. thank you so much!
Hello my name is Lady Lou & I was my moms best friend for 13 years! I was there for her though every up & down day or night! She always told me I was the most beautiful girl she ever seen, she never left me home alone took me everywhere she went as long as dogs were aloud! She was my world and I know I was hers. When my Family vet said I had lung cancer it was like both our worlds come to an end! But in my heart I knew till the end she would take the best of care of me. For the month after we found out I was given the best food, baths, nails you name it I was pampered with it! Then on 6/22/11 I had a terrible time trying to breath & it was 2 in the morning! But instead of waiting she jumped up and drove me to Care Center! They were great, caring, easy with me, and cared about my owners feelings! Knowing how close we were to each other and how tight our bond was they made everything very easy, and didn't try to rush us! They let her hold me and tell her good-bye and she held me for as long as she wanted!
Thank You Care Center!! Even though my death was over a year ago and now I'm in no pain. I know my owner loves you and your people for all your love you do to help animals and their owners!!
