Dr. Burroughs is a graduate of the Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation, she moved home with her husband to the Cincinnati area. She spent a year working in small animal general practice before joining the Care Center in 2012. Her veterinary interests include emergency and critical care medicine and surgery. In her off-time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as kayaking, rock climbing, horseback riding, and camping. She lives on a farm in southern Ohio with 10 horses, two dogs, three cats, and a herd of approximately 30 hereford cross cattle.
